The Platform is operated by Zarvix AI Private Limited (CIN: U62011PN2025PTC248729; GSTIN: 27AACCZ8146M1ZN), incorporated in India. "Zarvix AI", "we", "us", or "our" mean the company; "you" or "User" mean the individual using the Platform.

Zarvix is an end-to-end algo platform for Indian markets (NSE / BSE). You can:

• Build — describe trading ideas in plain language; the AI turns them into structured strategy definitions.
• Research — query indicators on any symbol across years of historical data.
• Backtest — run strategies through historical data with our engine.
• Refine — iterate via AI chat, click-to-edit conditions, or the visual builder.
• Deploy live — connect your Symphony XTS account and route orders to your broker. Every live order requires your explicit confirmation; the AI never places trades on its own. Live deployment is currently available to proprietary traders and trading desks; retail live deployment is coming soon (gated on NSE algo-vendorship).

The Platform never holds customer funds, securities, or banking credentials, and is not a broker, an RIA, a PMS, or an RA. See the Trust page.

You must be at least 18 years of age, of sound mind, legally competent to contract under Indian law, and not barred by any regulator from accessing capital-market services.

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorised access.
• One person, one account. Multiple accounts to circumvent limits or pricing are not permitted.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, market manipulation (spoofing, layering, quote-stuffing, wash trading), insider trading, or fraud. Strategies matching manipulation patterns are blocked at the risk-gate before reaching the exchange.
• Connect any broker account you do not legally own.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Platform’s security or infrastructure.
• Upload malware, run bots beyond rate limits, or impersonate any person or entity.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Platform output without a written agreement.
• Use the Platform to provide investment advice to third parties unless you are independently licensed to do so.

The Platform uses AI models to generate strategy definitions, summaries, and explanations from your prompts. AI output:

• May contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations of your intent.
• Does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
• Should be reviewed and validated by you before any real-money decision.
• Is not guaranteed to be unique — similar prompts may generate similar strategies for other users.

Backtest results are simulated using historical data; they are not records of actual trades. Hypothetical performance is subject to survivorship and look-ahead bias, the inability to model real slippage / latency / partial fills, the absence of behavioural factors, and differences between historical and future market regimes.

When you deploy a strategy for live trading, the strategy is white-box: its full logic is disclosed and replicable to you, and you can view the complete logic of any deployed strategy version at any time.

You alone are responsible for every live order you approve, and you assume all risk associated with live deployment, including real-money loss.

Subscription fees are displayed on the Platform and may change for new cycles; an existing paid plan’s price will not change mid-cycle. All displayed prices are inclusive of GST — the price you see is exactly what you pay; your tax invoice itemizes the GST component. Payment is processed by HDFC SmartGateway / Juspay — we do not store card details.

Pro-rata refund — within 7 days of purchase

If you cancel within 7 days of purchase, we issue a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the cycle, less the value of AI usage and backtest / compute time you consumed during the cycle. The exact amount (days remaining, usage consumed) is shown before you confirm.

Accidental purchase — full refund within 48 hours

If you subscribed by mistake (wrong plan, double charge, unintended purchase), write to [email protected] within 48 hours of the charge for a full refund without deductions.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are reviewed and processed manually by our team to the original payment method, typically within 7–10 working days. After 7 days from purchase, a paid plan is non-refundable, but you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the current cycle. The AI never promises or grants a refund on its own — only our team approves and processes one.

• The Platform — its code, design, AI models, and brand — is the property of Zarvix AI Private Limited, protected by Indian and international law.
• Strategies you create — the prompts you write and the structured definitions generated for you — are yours to keep, export, and use on your own broker accounts.
• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and process your strategies and prompts solely to operate the Platform for you.
• Aggregated, anonymised usage patterns may be used to improve our service, as described in the Privacy Policy. We never train shared AI models on your content.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (cloud, broker APIs, payment gateways), or force-majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. We are not liable for losses arising from such outages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• All warranties, conditions, and representations — express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — are disclaimed.
• Zarvix AI shall not be liable for any loss of profit, trading loss, business interruption, opportunity cost, data loss, reputational harm, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
• Where law nonetheless imposes a liability that cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is capped at ₹100 or the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event, whichever is lower.
• You alone are responsible for any trading or investment decision you make using strategies built on the Platform, and you assume all associated risk.

These Terms and the Privacy Notice are accepted by an explicit, un-bundled action at signup. We record the document version you accepted together with a timestamp as proof of consent.

We may update these Terms. When a change is material, we will ask you to re-accept the updated version on your next sign-in before you continue; non-material updates take effect on notice, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

You may terminate your account any time by writing to [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach, fraud, or unlawful use. On termination, your data is retained or deleted in line with the Privacy Policy (regulated trading records are retained where the law requires).

These Terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra. For any question, write to [email protected].
